NaviWeather Delivers Ease of Use. Customers rank usability and intuitive user interface as a major reason for choosing NaviWeather. It is so easy that even a total newbie in gib file viewing and weather forecasting software will need no more than few minutes to learn how to use NaviWeather and make 100% from it.

Built-in grib browser. A built-in grib browser that automatically downloads and processes grib files for chosen area is what you really needs. You can also manage all your downloaded grib files here.

Advanced Gradient Editor. Using Gradient Editor you can change weather data colors easily. Experiment with different set of colors and save them for further use. You can also import color set created by other users.

Forecast Map. The weather forecast overlay is displayed over our proprietary vector basemap. As for now, this is the most advanced and detailed vector basemap in the industry.

Multiple area support. On one basemap you can display multiple grib files (as many as you want). By doing so you will have the instant access to weather forecast for different regions.

Multiple basemap support. You can open as many basemaps as you want. On Each basemap you can display forecast for different area or zoom in to see a more detailed forecast for a specific area.

GPS support. Connect your GPS to NaviWeather and see your actual position on the basemap. And you don’t have to spend time and effort to configure the device. NaviWeather will do it for you!

AIS support. Connect your AIS to NaviWeather and receive AIS message #8 containing weather information from worldwide network of AIS Aid to Navigation Information System (AtoNIS). Oh, and you don’t have to configure your AIS neither. NaviWeather will do it for you! If you don’t have AIS onboard but you have internet access you can connect to our worldwide AIS hub network using TCP/IP.

Units. Choose between wide array of unit sets. We have covered all major unit systems so you can choose to have your wind speed displayed in knots, Beaufort scale, km/h, m/s. You can adjust units for all weather data that NaviWeather supports.
